Operatives can perform various operations. Operations all require at least one agent to perform, and some require more than one (in fact some powerful ones require more than you might have as a non-spymaster, making their access more limited). They also all need some level of network to have been built up in preparation.

Operations all need preparation before they can be launched. This is usually produced equipment, agents or a cost in industry over time. Once preparation is done an operation can have multiple phases. The most common is 3 - Infiltration, performing the job and exfiltration.

Infiltrate Army 2 50 10% 90 1 Civilian Factory for 15 days Gets you an asset inside the enemy armed forces. Gets you more info on their armies, techs etc. Receive "Army Infiltration" in (Target Country) Army Experience +10, Army Intel +10%
Infiltrate Civilian Administration 2 35 10% 90 None Gets you an asset in the enemies government. Gives more intel on their production, buildings etc. Receive "Civilian Infiltration" in (Target Country) Political Power +25, Civilian Intel +10%
Infiltrate Navy 2 50 10% 90 None Gets you an asset inside the enemy naval command. Gets you more info on their fleets, ships, techs etc. Receive "Navy Infiltration" in (Target Country) Navy Experience +10, Navy Intel +10%
Orchestrate Coup 2 70 30% 180 12000 Infantry Equipment Mounts an operation to start a civil war in a target country. A coup needs low stability, political support for the ideology. Major countries are more difficult to coup. (Target Country) The (Your Ideology) supporters start a civil war None
Rescue Captured Operative 1 30 10% 35 50 Support Equipment Mounts an operation to rescue a captured operative. Rescue all captured operatives in (Target Country) None
Make Resistance Contacts 2 40 10% 60 150 Support Equipment Get a local contact in the underground resistance. This helps boost resistance growth. Receive "Resistance Contacts" in (Target Country) Resistance Target +10.0% for 60/180 days
Steal Industrial Blueprints 3 35 20% 120 1 Civilian Factory for 15 days and a "Civilian Infiltration" Depending on the outcome and what kind of infiltration you have done you can get a research speed bonus for Engineering or Industry. Steal plans for a random technology that they have researched and we have not. Ahead of time penalty: -200%
Steal Military Blueprints 3 50 20% 120 3 Civilian Factories for 30 days and an "Army Infiltration" Depending on the outcome and what kind of infiltration you have done you can get a research speed bonus for Infantry, Support companies, Armor, Artillery or Land Doctrine. Steal plans for a random technology that they have researched and we have not. Ahead of time penalty: -200%

Steal plans for a random technology that they have researched and we have not. Ahead of time penalty: -200%
Sabotage Industry 3 35 20% 90 A "Resistance Contacts" Use your contacts in local resistance and strengthen and focus sabotage in Industrial areas. Focuses local resistance on targeting industry and increases the chance of successful attacks

Coordinated Strike 2 70 30% 3 15 Civilian Factories for 5 days, 200 Support Equipment, and a War Goal Allow setting up air strikes and launching a surprise attack. We will declare war on (Target Country) through a surprise attack. When activated all prepared Port Strike and Strategic Bombing in the target region will execute multiple times without air defense being able to intercept them. None
Plant False Intelligence 2 40 0% 60 3 Civilian Factories for 30 days and 250 Support Equipment This lets you create “fake troops” to trick the enemy. These troops will look like regular divisions to the enemy, although they will disappear into thin air if the enemy gains full intel or end up in combat with them.. Will create fake intel units that can be used to deceive your enemies. None
Prepare Collaboration Government 2 50 10% 90 200 Support Equipment, 1000 Infantry Equipment, and 14 Civilian Factories for 60 days An operation where agents are sent in to convert and/or support local collaborators. This is an operation you can run more than once (although cost and time goes up every time), and for each one you will strengthen the collaborators. Increase collaboration in (Target Country): 30% Increase collaboration in (Target Country): 45%
