Tables[edit]

I *much* preferred this page with the separate tables for each unit type. It was much cleaner and easier to read. If you want them all to be the same width, that is easy to do. --Trifler (talk) 12:30, 6 July 2016 (CEST)

Go ahead and change it if you like---I simply used the script I happened to have on-hand in order to have up-to-date information for 1.1, so the format change wasn't a deliberate decision on my part. Not sure when I'll get around to modifying it to produce separate tables. --Evil4Zerggin (talk) 22:42, 6 July 2016 (CEST)
All right, I think it's in pretty good shape now. I dropped the old Air Superiority column and changed the Reliability column to Manpower. Lots of formatting. If you revise your script, please use capitalized headings and names, and add the Resources Per Factory. The order the columns in the middle are in don't really matter, although I think Air Attack and Air Defense should probably be together. If you don't revise your script, it'd be easier to manually verify the stats than to do all the work I just did each time. --Trifler (talk) 03:31, 7 July 2016 (CEST)

Resource Line Breaks[edit]

Sorry, but I'm really not a fan of the line breaks that Hairy Dude just added to the resources. It makes the rows way too tall, and the resources were already listed in the order they're listed in the game, so they're very easy to read and compare. I find the tables harder to read this way. The captions are fine though. --Trifler (talk) 16:36, 28 February 2018 (CET)

The rows are taller now, aren't they? Because the resources are stacked up on top of each other, the entire height of the page necessitates additional scrolling. Kudos to Hairy Dude for experimenting to improve the tables. If there was a way to narrow the rows but help distinguish the resource amounts. When horizontally displayed, the resources and numbers kind of jam together. The vertical stacking method removes ambiguity of resource amounts. But the downsize is the scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. --Billcorr (talk) 28 February 2018

Hmm. I never had any trouble reading it. Easy enough to add commas to the old method to avoid any possible confusion. Should I go ahead and do that? --Trifler (talk) 01:28, 1 March 2018 (CET)

I took a stab at it. IIRC, I didn't do it originally because I thought it took up too much width, but this time I managed to figure out how to adjust the width of the Resources Per Factory column. This seems to be as narrow as it will go. Having the vertical lines all match up was a nice bonus. My hope is that this is a win-win. --Trifler (talk) 13:04, 1 March 2018 (CET)

Looks good. The vertical lines that separate the resource amounts are a nice touch. Billcorr (talk) 7 February 2018
